Marketing Operations Manager
Internal move to GBG’s central marketing team, provide support and service to multiple stakeholders across multiple marketing and sales teams globally.- Owner of the global marketing platform that is used to promote Location, Identity and Fraud solutions.- Rebuilt GBG’s marketing system and processes, simplify and standardise processes to benefit all teams.- Ensure data integrity, automation, notifications, lead scoring and transfer to multiple sales teams.- Create and manage centralised SharePoint area with system documentation and user guides.- Support/ Consult regional marketing teams on marketing best practice, setup campaigns to deliver objectives.- Provide deep dive analysis and investigations providing reports and outcomes.- Troubleshoot technical issues such as data issues, automation conflicts, email designs, email deliverability etc.- Manage integrations with marketing platform including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Umbraco, Salesloft, Zoom and CRM systems.**GBG data privacy forum member, championing data compliance to those around me to ensure processes and procedures abide legal compliance.
