With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, I currently serve as the SVP, Director of Enterprise Risk Management at WSFS Bank. I oversee the development and implementation of the Bank's risk management framework, policies, and practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with the Company's strategic objectives.I have a strong background in treasury, balance sheet management, and related financial risks, having held various roles within the Finance Division. I have completed the RMA/Wharton Advanced Risk Management Program, and hold an MBA in Strategic Management from Temple University and a BS in Finance and Economics from the University of Delaware. I am passionate about enhancing the risk culture across all three lines of defense, fostering collaboration and innovation, and delivering value to stakeholders. I am always eager to explore new challenges, and contribute to a Company’s growth and success.
