At Rustici Software I managed approximately 45 SCORM Engine client software integrations over the course of a year. I also managed multiple internal software development projects to further the capabilities of SCORM Engine and Cloud, and managed the migration of Cloud from SimpleDB to MySQL. In August 2015 the company restructured and downsized.

Scrum master contractor for the Agile ERP solution. The project was organized into seven work streams including sales, customer service, product compliance, finance, reporting, security, and warehouse operations. In addition to managing the overall project I also managed the compliance and security work streams. In those roles I built the compliance workflow and maintained all security data within Apprise. Prior to the start of the Apprise ERP project, I managed a project to develop a cross-company sales report.

Prior to 1996 I developed software in Powerbuilder, Foxpro, Oracle and SQL Server. I also provided network administration support in the Pentagon for .5 years. I worked as an engineer for 2 years directly out of college, and I started my career as a sole proprietor of a drafting and design company.
