I was fully responsible for organization structure of the departments, team staff (hiring, firing, and replacement), trainings, motivation schemas, estimation of staff, and productivity analysis- Organize development processes accordingly to the Company needs. Main company advantage was ability to quick respond to external situation. This feature obligates all staff to work very dynamically. It implicates a lot of different working moments both from me and other staff.3. • Project Management.
