Contracted out to Diosynth to work on Spreadsheet Validation project.

Entrusted with the goal to educate students on lab techniques and safety. Instructed 59 students on proper lab equipment utilization, lab safety equipment and appropriate dress.Given a lab manual and the task to aid students in understanding different types of experiments. I built upon lab project designs and coordinated instructions for 15 different labs; developed reaction schemes and formulated assignments to help students understand various experiment techniques such as thin layer chromatography, infrared spectroscopy, nitration or reduction of certain chemicals.In charge of ensuring that students carry out experimental procedures correctly. I paid attention to details and was aware of the progress of every station, as well as used my problem solving skills when an experiment did not run as expected.

Worked together in a team to integrate students into campus life and ensure student safety. I organized programs and coordinated events to promote education, social and cultural development for 47 residents.Utilized problem solving skills to mediate conflicts and counseled residents on issues relating to campus life.

Sold educational books door-to-door and worked 80+ hours a week. Worked as much as needed to obtain weekly goals. Developed a strong work ethic and determination to obtain goals. Required to build a customer base from non-existing clientele. I met and spoke to 50+ new people everyday to establish my own clientele; I developed great communications skills and learned to interact with people under any circumstance.Responsible for all aspects of transactions with customers and various types of paperwork. Established an efficient method to fill out paperwork and kept all records well organized.
