My primary responsibilities are to provide personal care for individuals with medical disabilities. I am responsible to drive the individual to appointments, shopping, and personal outings with family and friends. Daily cooking, cleaning, assisting to administer medications, bathing and dressing are requirements I meet to help increase their quality of life.

My roles included reviewing and assigning work, dealing with problem areas of staff performance, and training new staff on assigned duties. Setting, developing, planning, implementation and evaluation of the workflow of a high production work environment were daily activities performed. Duties also included creating, planning, monitoring and evaluating statistics for employee’s performance daily. I can be responsive to the customer’s needs and apply customer feedback to create strong customer relationships. Set up and managed community events at work site.
