I work with HR Leadership to take People Departments into the Experience Era leveraging Digital HR technologies to position People Departments to execute at a strategic level focusing on attracting, motivating, realigning/ reskilling and retaining top talent in a world in constant change. How?: Puttingemployee experience at the center, designing new agile operating models, enabling visibility and analytics across the organization, and driving efficiency further into the function to speed up value delivery.

I work closely with Accenture FS Leadership to ensure that this business group’s HR related business and talent strategies are realized. I partner with all FS Consulting Practice Leads/ Teams (+650 employees) and collaborate with global and local FS and Human Resources Leadership to understand and communicate Accenture goals and priorities, supporting the setting and implementation of the overall talent strategy. I coach and advise business leads, HR teams and employees in talent matters, coordinating deliver of HR activities across the group.

Manager leading the Human Resource Transformation offering in the Products Industry Clients, developing thought leadership, awareness, and commercial activity with clients to enable Digital Organizations and Human Resource Departments. I worked for national and international clients in Spain and abroad (Italy, Belgium, France, Portugal, Morocco) participating and leading Human Resource Strategy & Transformation programs and in projects related to the overall employee lifecycle. I had also an important experience facilitating many change and transformations programs of diverse nature and scope in different organizations.

I participated in HR Projects related to HR process redesign, HR benchmarking and Talent Development and collaborated in the Employer Branding Service Line carrying out research and developing value proposals.
