Training actions, on-the-job coaching and exchanges of experience, which affect the implementation and management of public policies touching on various aspects of strengthening the administrative capacity and governance of the competent bodies in the field of the Assessment of Implications of plans and projects significantly affecting Natura 2000 sites, for the effective application of paragraphs 3 and 4 of Article 6 of the Habitats Directive and for the improvement of the efficiency of the assessment procedure at national and regional level, also in line with the objectives identified in the National Biodiversity Strategy (NBS).
