MOVE is a NGO that aims to fight poverty and inequalities through entrepreneurship.Working as an Entrepreneurship Consultant: - Trained 15 local entrepreneurs through weekly sessions on the economic viability of their business ideas and the basics of entrepreneurship.- Provided consulting services to 5 local entrepreneurs in the areas of strategy, operations, marketing, finance, and accounting.- Organized the "Entrepreneur Fair". From conceptualization to implementation, this event brings together entrepreneurs at various stages of their business development. A total of 200 people attended the event; 25 local business stands; the event was organized through a number of partnerships, from the coffee break to the venue at Arquipélago, Contemporary Arts Center in Ribeira Grande, to the speakers, to the photography and video coverage, among others.Working as Internal Consultant:- In-field monitoring and evaluation of 20 MOVE ONG supported projects;- Developed a report that evaluates the improvement capabilities of the work on the ground (KPIs). In order to maintain continuity on the island.
