Senior project manager providing support to Member Agencies comprised of cities, sanitary districts and the County within Alameda County to implement sustainable landscape policies and practices. Instrumental in the development of the Bay-Friendly Landscape Guidelines and Rating system which is a sustainable approach to the design, construction and maintenance of the landscape that works in harmony with the San Francisco Bay Watershed. Provides technical assistance and grant management for public sustainable landscape projects in Alameda County. Assist cities to adopt landscape policies base on the Bay-Friendly standard and provide training opportunities in soil health, compost, sheet mulching and sustainable landscaping to public agency staff. Works on regional councils in support of an integrated approach to creating and managing landscapes for resource conservation and environmental improvement including the Bay Area Integrated Regional Water Management group and the Bay-Friendly Landscape and Garden Coalition Advisory Council.

Created and managed direct mail fundraising campaigns for peace in central america and environmental and other social justice non-profit organizations. Worked within a team to develop campaign concepts and marketing stragety, managed the development of content and artwork and provided client management and support.
