Process daily receivables. Manage heavy phones, type marketing manuals, track reproduction of materials, projects, filing, etc. Schedule appointments and arrange travel. Compose, type, and proofread: correspondence, reports, contracts, flyers, promotional material, and a variety of technical data. Assist to plan, schedule, and fulfill logistics for projects. Liaison between clients and insurance companies. Obtain signatures for confidential and sensitive documents. Provide customer service while adhering to policies and procedures. Participate in promotional activities and trade shows.

Provide full range of administrative assistance to a variety of district office locations. Assist with information to public officials, outside agencies, and general public. Maintain secretarial work flow; answer phones, manage and redirect inquiries, type and proofread documents, letters, forms, email, sort mail, enter confidential data, copy, fax, and provide support to other staff. Proficient in many district computer programs.
