Worked in a multi-disciplinary environment, being responsible for and managing my own caseloads; undertook and implemented assessments (including Initial Assessments), gave benefits advice and acquired funding. I liaised with schools/employers; carried out ward/home visits, attended multi-agency group meetings and worked alternate weekends as part of a support group for siblings of children with cancer. 2009-2010: SureStart Centre; work included visiting families and schools to provide support.
