- Caring for three children; ages seven, eleven, and thirteen.- Responsible for transportation to and from daily activities and school.- Duties also include light household work, general errands, and coordinating plans.- Overseeing schooling during the Covid Pandemic.

- Childcare for Highway Community Church. I was responsible for up to twelve children coordinating additional workers as well as maintaining the cash balance and time worked spreadsheets. - NOTE: On hiatus due to the pandemic.

- As a Nanny, I also care for other family’s children as needed beyond my primary family in Los Altos, CA. - From July 2018 to March 2020 I cared for two infants 25 hours a week in conjunction with the primary family I work for. Once the pandemic hit, I only provided care to my primary employer; the Dorn family in Los Altos, CA.

- Running shifts and deployment of daily assigned shift crews.- Primary shift for the first two years was the opening shift. From 2011 to 2013: Shifts varied with opening and closing due to becoming a shift lead.- Responsibilities included:- Store clean-sweeps which included hours of detailed machine cleaning, i.e.: ICE machines, ESPRESSO machines, store floors, etc.- Regular bank deposit runs.- TIP count and dispersing among fellow Baristas.- Inventory ordering.- Stocking daily delivered inventory.- Weekly inventory product count.- The pulling of all pastries from the freezer for each night including racking up.- Other misc. store duties included: store mopping, cleaning of store restroom, emptying of trash to outside bins, the opening and placing of outside umbrellas as well as the closing and securing of umbrellas at end of the day, etc.- Most importantly, I made the legendary customer service experience the very best that I could. Providing quality beverages and the third space environment treating everyone with respect and dignity.

- Primary shift was the closing shift.- Duties included overall store cleanliness, maintaining lobby spins, the creating of product, the making of coffees and specialty drinks, and register closeouts.- Duties also included the cleaning of dishes and stocking/re-stocking of store inventory goods.- Responsible for store clean-sweeps which included hours of detailed machine cleaning, i.e.: ICE machines, ESPRESSO machines, store floors, etc.- NOTE: Left due to family emergency following father’s unexpected passing to care for mother full-time until her passing later that same year. I began applying for Starbucks positions in February of 2009 and was hired and started at the Cupertino store in April 2009.
