Additionally, I have handled the conveyances of multiple multi-million dollar real estate from listing to closing. I serve as the lead real estate agent in the company, with multiple commercial property sales in the past three years that total multi-million deals. These conveyances included my marketing skills, relationship building, contracts, due diligence handling, research of title and other documents, notary of documents, arranging and performing closing of the property, and hand-off at closing. Additional support is given to the new owner to ease the transition for the buyer and for the tenants of the building(s).
