CFC Properties owns, and manages, a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties. In my role, I handle all marketing efforts for these properties (including social media). Additionally, I manage all websites for the company, making updates and revisions as necessary. As part of project management, I am currently in the process of implementing a full ERP (property management software) conversion within the company to improve efficiencies and effectiveness, as well as reduce overall company spend. Once the system is fully implemented, I will serve as the admin and training manager for all users.

This position is multi-faceted. Directly reporting to the President of the company achieving such assignments as project management, RFP evaluation, and summation, property evaluation, marketing analysis, writing and editing documents, proofreading, data gathering, research, and public documents analysis (examples: Ordinances, Transportation, and Comprehensive Plans), insurance reviews, and multi-million-dollar conveyance projects. The position continues to evolve with new challenges and learning. As a requirement of the position, a Real Estate Brokers License was achieved in January 2019.

As defined by the Executives in the Company, this position required the merging of my two previous departments (Digital Assets and Fulfillment with Market Localization) to form a single department with separate areas of specialty, providing services to marketing as well as other Company functions with consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness. To do this, processes were written, and each team member was trained by me to ensure that the processes were followed as created. This training was a global effort, done both on-site in each region as well as virtually for non-US regions. Continuous evaluation of gaps and successes were constantly reviewed, and the department evolved as a role model for other marketing areas to work with global colleagues and within defined processes that are strictly adhered to. This consolidation of team members into one department brought about operational efficiencies, reduced compliance risk, and increased team efficiency.

Requested by the company to focus on the activity of Market Localization and translation services for the company with a global perspective. Developed processes and put those processes into place for the global marketing team, and provided expertise to the controlled labeling document department. With my leadership, an industry standard was created for a marketing (and labeling) translation and review process. Established working model for reliable results of consistency and quality using translation memory and other translation software.

Created a process to control assets created for marketing as well as defining a process (and developing a team) to fulfill the requests of those assets being published and printed. Creating a process for print services as well as creating an internal print shop. Until this point, there were no defined processes and a multiple-person ad-hoc process to handle requests, fulfillment, and payment to vendors. Established relationships with vendors to a level of partnership. Began bridging the divide between the US-based company and EU-based companies that had duplicity of responsibilities and variable processes.

This position handles the process of translations for the global Cook company. This includes reviewers, translation company interaction and policies, as well as file processing.Responsible to create a Digital Asset management system and process while in this position. Prior to this department being formed and solely manned by myself, there was no organization of projects or the management of those projects.

My career with COOK began in the Catheter department. Training on a multitude of production processes and various products allowed me the versatility that would not be as likely in future positions with a different beginning. Over the course of the five-year period, I trained in multiple product-related departments, which provided great insight for a wonderful career at Cook. It also allowed me to experience great diversity in working with many different people, with different backgrounds. Most importantly, it taught me the importance of following very specific instructions (manufacturing specs and compliances) to protect the company and its best interest.
