    I continued in my role as Office Manager and assist our CEO, and Plant Manager in all aspects of our business. I report to the Corporate Office for all of Steel Con's financial records. My daily jobs include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Book, Inventory, some IT skills, and HR support. Some of the duties, are creating accounts, filing documents, obtaining documents, processing reconciliation’s, posting vouchers, invoices, payments and taxes. I lead our physical Inventories, and assisting others in any IT issues. My monthly duties include closing our sub-systems in our Industrious Manufacturing software, along with creating procedural documentation on the process for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Book, and Inventory. I also create, enter journal entries, and close the General Ledger on a monthly basis in Sage 300, our financial software. My administrative duties include preparing various meeting reports such as; Monthly Financial reports, Sales reports, Meeting minutes, etc... I assist the Corporate office in maintaining our truck, and driver records; which include filling IFTA tax's, and documenting our deliveries for Prepass on a quarterly basis. I oversee the daily production process to ensure the accuracy, and assist when needed. I also assisted the sales department in creating a database for our product line to be used in a website for our customers along with creating price lists templates to be used in an ongoing manner. I can explain all processes within our system, helping to research and compile data from our Industrious Manufacturing system as requested. I have designed system forms using Excel, Crystal, Sage300 Intelligent financial reports, and MS Queries. I enjoy helping and teaching others while being creative at the same time, so I’m always looking for ways to help others do their jobs easier.
