I have been with Siemer Milling since 2006. This company is fantastic! I came with many years of experience in the restaurant business. To now be on the ingredients side was quite the eye opener. Food safety and security is necessary in order to feed our country. Making sure the flour made meets the product requirements for our customers is important. Knowing that the biscuit you eat is made from an entirely different type of wheat than your bread was news to me! My 20+ years in the retail side, I think, helped me to better be able to manage and understand the customers end use needs. I never stop learning. I always want to know how and why things work as they do.
