Customers exploring a move to U.S. Bank as their Treasury Management provider or looking to expand their relationship with U.S. Bank expect a smooth, seamless transition. I am responsible for a successful onboarding of new and existing comprehensive customers implementation for Treasury Management products.

High Volume Inbound Commercial Customer Service Calls, Assist Commercial Client with system navigation/online services, Account Reconcilement, account adjustments, knowledge of all relevant operational processes and procedures and company products and services, navigate all relevant computer systems in order to pull reports, shadow clients, and troubleshoot technical issues, etc., multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.

ResponsibilitiesReconciling over 150 accounts a month, statement adjustments, payroll review, pullingvarious reports and working daily errors, reading legal documents for errors andadjustments, sending recordable documents to the county and state, pricing documents forrecordings, clearing exceptions for loan files, high level of communication towards staffand bankers via incoming telephone calls and e-mail, credit applications, filing, documentpreparation, maintenance of office equipment, adapt and change to every circumstance,teller coordination, organize and run day-to-day operations.

To process inbound calls for Nextel customers. Advise customers of any account changesand note in their accounts what has been changed. Take payments and do any contractualchanges or technical updates to their accounts.

Unload packages from trucks to conveyor belts in a safe manner. Sort packages for the Northwestern Oregon region.
