Preside and adjudicate summary offenses brought under Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code, motions, and resolves credibility issues applying applicable law in order to render court orders. Conduct warrant hearings and set collateral consistent with PaR.Crim. P. 452 and 1034 for the proper release of impounded vehicles. Evaluate guilty pleas and other plea bargaining agreements negotiated by the prosecution for approval or denial. Gather and analyze financial information in order to issue court orders setting forth mandatory payment plans. Conduct hearings in absentia for defendants who fail to appear to trial.

Enforce compliance with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's anti-discrimination and civil rights law covering employment, public accommodations, housing and education.

Represented plaintiffs throughout Pennsylvania in personal injury matters. Participated in client intake and business development of diverse client base. Made over 25 public appearances rendering legal advice in both English and Spanish.

Provide direct legal services in judicial, administrative and other proceedings to agricultural, and other low-wage workers in Pennsylvania, primarily in the area of employment and labor law; conduct outreach and employment rights presentations to workers and their families throughout the Commonwealth; prepare and conduct trainings in employment law and language access to statewide legal services, social services, governmental agencies, attorneys and community organizations.
