As the Communications and Technology Coordinator at Mount Zion Temple, I oversee all aspects of communications and technology integration to support the organization's mission and engage our community. My responsibilities include managing the creation and publication of a quarterly print newsletter and two weekly digital newsletters, collaborating with internal teams and external contributors to ensure content aligns with our mission and values. I also have lead website redesign projects while also maintaining accurate, up-to-date content that reflects our objectives.I develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our online presence and track analytics to inform future messaging. Additionally, I establish and uphold our branding guidelines to ensure consistent and impactful communication across all platforms. I plan and execute targeted email campaigns, analyze data to optimize engagement, and communicate important events and messages from leadership.As the primary liaison to our IT company, I manage larger technology issues, ensure the latest security measures are in place, and oversee technology projects. I also led the transition to the Salesforce platform and continue to maintain and optimize the database for our organization’s needs.My role requires a balance of strategic planning, creative execution, and technical expertise, all aimed at promoting our mission and enhancing community engagement.
