The South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority (SC Housing) is the state agency that finances and supports affordable housing opportunities for South Carolina. During its 50 year history, SC Housing has financed more than 42,000 affordable homes, totaling $2.73 billion. We have also funded thousands of multifamily units across the state.As the HR Director of SC Housing, I not only provide leadership and oversight for human resources, I'm also a contributing member of the agency's leadership team, providing professional advice to the executive director, senior directors, middle management, and effective guidance to all employees via agency support systems and services.
