Worked closely with Local 32 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union and Renton Technical College. Core competencies include working closely with the departments’ human resources division, advertising positions, interviewing, hiring, building curriculums, overseeing training, monitoring and evaluating apprentice’s progress throughout a 2 year program. Experience working with a diverse workforce. Served as manager representative on several Seattle Public Utilities committees, including the Department Safety Committee, Wellness Program, Disciplinary Action and interview panels. Responsible for developing the business plan for the programs operating budget.
