As a Personal Support staff we provide training, supervision and assistance as necessary in daily living skills and community inclusion, follow through on all duties as assigned by the managing party, and attend all resident/participant related meetings as assigned by the managing party.

Develop a comprehensive knowledge of company processes to enhance understanding of what causes inquiries and how to resolve them to consumers’ and clients’ satisfaction. Research information needed to answer consumers’ concerns and determine appropriate response and code source accordingly for data entry. Assist Trainer in teaching new correspondents the accounts you handle.

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts, also providing customer service regarding collection issues, include collection calls and/or correspondence.
