Researcher on the AHRC funded project 'Women negotiating the boundaries of justice, 1100-1700'. Research on women's access to justice in urban communities in medieval England and Wales, resulting in publications including a monograph (Medieval Women and Urban Justice, MUP, 2020), and edited volume (Litigating Women: Gender and Justice in Europe, 1300-1700, Routledge, 2021) and peer reviewed articles.
