The Strategic Literacy Initiative (SLI) at WestEd is a nationally recognized leader in literacy professional development and research. SLI is best known for developing the Reading Apprenticeship® instructional framework, which is the theoretical foundation for all work conducted by SLI.As a consultant to WestEd, specifically in the Strategic Literacy Initiative, I provide training and support to teachers, administrators and teacher leaders at the secondary education level. - Worked closely with the Professional Development Associates to assess and improve the training that is provided to clients.- Developed materials for use specifically with Mathematics Instructors in trainings.
