As a Junior People Operations Specialist, I was responsible for giving support to tasks related to the HR Department, from the onboarding of new hires to the offboarding (and everything in between), the maintenance and management of HR legal documents and personnel data, assisting in payroll, contacting and collaborating with external partners and vendors, assisting employees with HR related questions.
