Instruct students in Computer Applications, Life Skills, Student Success, Community Events and Journalism classes; Create and modify lesson plans and curriculum; Assist Dean of Students with academic procedures and policies, student events, graduation and award ceremonies; College Dual enrollment advisor; Other duties as they arise; assist faculty & students as needed

Take incoming calls from retail card services customers: assist with billing questions, payments & general account questions; process payments when requested; assist customers as needed

Review documents for financial accuracy; ensure requested forms and information were properly submitted for rental assistance & utility assistance approval; data entry; corresponding with applicants via email & phone; other duties as assigned
