Contract Analyst
Current• Coordinate and develop change orders for ongoing projects, managing multiple tasks simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, legal, project teams) to define terms and conditions for change orders.• Utilize ICON's costing tools and client budget grids to analyze and present budget changes, providing justification and financial analysis prior to client submission.• Ensure proposals and change order align with operational and project requirements by liaising with senior management and the project team.• Lead internal and client meetings related to contracts and change orders, ensuring clear communication and effective decision-making.• Manage project files and tracking tools to maintain organization and streamline processes.• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a liaison between project teams and clients for smooth negotiations and issue resolution.
