About Teresa Vanderpost

I am an instructional designer and have been working in the training and development industry for over 25 years. I have facilitated for groups of up to 400 learners in one session across three distinct industries including: Finance, Content Relationship Management and Healthcare. After 16 years of full-time instructor-led facilitation (ILT), I transitioned into a broader instructional design role that includes e-learning design and development. My current position allows me to explore the world of simulation, scenarios and virtual reality which keeps the learning opportunities alive. I am an active member and current Communications Director of the Canadian elearning conference committee, which is a group of individuals that volunteer/work together to share and collaborate on eLearning courses/technology.
