In my position as RP, I am part of the Managed Business Services Group that works with Suppliers to find candidates for open positions at AV in Northern California. I currently manage 3 sites and am responsible for partnering with the hiring managers to meet their needs and find qualified candidates for the positions they need to fill. I also make sure that the candidates are entered into the database so training requrements and system requirments are set up and work with the managers to ensure that any problems that arise are taken care of in a timely manner.
