Assist HR and Benefits managers with applicant and employee paperwork. Prepare for orientation day. General office duties as needed.Process invoices, reconcile payables reports, provide additional assistance as needed.

Duties include the daily monitoring of over 220 accounts, contact customers about past due invoices, coordinate between customers and billing department to quickly resolve billing issues, coordinate with accounts receivable clerk and customers to make sure payments are posted correctly, supply customers with supporting documentation for billings, provide assistance to other departments as needed.

Duties include entering daily deposits, proof of delivery requests, running credit checks on brokers, opening and distributing TripPak, calling on customers and brokers to verify payment status of invoices, setting up EFT accounts with customers and brokers as needed, tracking of overdue accounts, and other duties as requested.

Duties include reconciling daily gaming and cage income reports, distributing reports to various departments as needed, balancing accounts, and other duties as requested
