Executive Coach & Hr Consultant

Interconnections, Llc

As an Executive Coach & HR Consultant for InterConnections, LLC, consulting work for most of my recent clients has centered around three key services: (1) investigative services related to alleged workplace misconduct (e.g. sexual harassment, ethical or policy violations, workplace bullying, etc.); (2) training workshops focused on sexual harassment, workplace bullying, and building healthy cultures; and (3) one-on-one executive coaching. I tend to work as a coach with senior leaders who are either new to their role and/or need to make a shift in their performance or behavior at work. I also provide general consulting to senior leaders, boards of directors, and HR practitioners who would like to confidentially discuss sensitive people-related situations (e.g. allegations of misconduct, terminations, contractual issues, downsizings, etc.). I also sometimes work on retainer to provide consulting as an independent HR generalist. All of that said, the overriding focus of my practice is to provide preventive support to businesses in their efforts to build a positive employee relations climate, eliminate counterproductive work behaviors, and create a culture of respect. Over the course of many years of experience and study, I have come to the opinion that an almost obsessive focus on getting the culture right is the single best strategy for setting a company up for long-term success--and it all starts with ethical senior leaders at the top who require that all employees be treated fairly and respectfully, regardless of their level in the organization. In addition, there must be accountability (aka consequences for those who fail to adhere to the company's values and expectations) to make a strong culture really stick. I welcome the opportunity to work with executives and organizations who are in sync with these key values.
