- Responsible for the sales funnel, including leads processing, prospecting, cold calling, planning meetings and closing,- Collaborate with the Operations Team to guarantee all partners get activated;- Solve daily commercial and operational issues;- Record all daily activities performed in the CRM to allow future analysis and improvement of the sales process;- Achieve growth and hit sales targets, both individual and collective;- Be the first contact with new partners, supporting them in the onboarding experience and all operational and administrative issues that it entails.

- Support the sales team and centralize all tasks and processes in 1 person to ensure that the sales team is focused on negotiations;- Daily basis check on Beehive, providing the necessary solutions & follow-up to provider's tickets;- Regular use of CRM, to validate lead information;- Check monthly competition reports & filter data to ensure good prospect selection for the team to approach;- Engage in activities that allow the improvement of the team's productivity & help in the implementation of methods that do so, through cross-team collaboration;

- Write and review social media captions for monthly posts;- Translate and review marketing content for various brands;- Monitor campaigns on both the retailers' websites and social media;- Assist the marketing team with day-to-day administrative and organisational tasks.

- Engaging office members;- Clear disclosure of events and day-to-day achievements;- Achieving external office recognition.

- Management of recruitment processes;- Personalised tracking throughout the candidate's process.

- Handle and resolve various situations in the experience;- Selection and evaluation of potential candidates.

- Developing a knowledge platform related to the company's projects;- Elaboration of documents and presentations in MS Office formats;- Creating assessment methods for employees under training;
