I am a tech-savvy Administrative Assistant at Issias Traveling, where I use my attention to detail and problem-solving skills to provide support to the management and staff. I handle various administrative tasks, such as scheduling, booking, invoicing, and reporting, using various software and tools. I also assist with the IT help desk, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for the clients and employees.I am also a Military Veteran and a lifelong learner who is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University. I have an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from Atlanta Technical College and multiple certifications in customer service and cybersecurity. I am passionate about driving efficiency and delivering results, and I am currently transitioning to project management in IT, where I can leverage my domain expertise and experience to drive innovation and improvement.
