I was hired from Disys Staffing to work directly for one of Dell's large Healthcare Customers. Working as a Technical Project manager and Technical Administrator on the clients Telecommunication system relocations and new call center installations. From there I have worked on several key projects for Dell Services as a Technical Project Manager and Networking/Telecommunications administrator. I have a gained a vast knowledge of technological innovations and how to help a diverse customer base reach their technology goals. Projects and Accomplishments: As a Technical Project Manager for Voice and Data Migrations I have helped customers integrate their systems into the Dell Services platform and service desks.  I have helped Healthcare customers save over $5 million in real-estate costs by being the Telecommunications Project Lead for over 40 small/midsized clinics across the United States.  Working as an integral part of the Microsoft Lync and Skype for business teams to generate millions of dollars in revenue for Dell Services by performing network readiness assessments for Customers. These assessments helped to close 4 large Lync/Skype for business installation deals.

As a QA Analyst for JP Morgan Chase I am responsible for Quality Control in reference to the management of JP Morgan Chase bank owned properties by third party vendors. Ensuring that proper principles are adhered to. Projects and Accomplishments:  Write Testing Documents pertaining to procedures for accessing and using vendor websites that is handed off to new QA analysts for training purposes. Saved JP Morgan Chase millions of dollars in fines that could be incurred if owned properties are not maintained adequately.

As the Senior Telecommunications Engineer for Washington Mutual I am the Telecommunications point of contact and accountability for the Washington Mutual (WaMu) site in Melbourne, FL. I also am the Technical Project manager for in charge of Telecommunications for all the site installation, moves, adds and changes in Central and Southern Florida.  Provided analytical, technical and problem resolution, project management services nation-wide for Washington Mutual. Team leaded for 14 team members in the Telecommunications Department. I have been integral in placing LEC disconnect orders for over 300 Washington Mutal Sites nationwide, saving the company $3.6 million per year.  Designing, creating and implementing a Policies & Procedures manual to be used by all the Telecommunications staff working on the Washington Mutual Account.  Conducting PRI, UNEP & Centralized Local Enterprise Carrier (CLEC) conversions to the Verizon Business Network from Local LEC, saving Verizon over 10 Million in LEC/CLEC costs. Hired by Washington Mutual as the Senior Business Analyst for Telecommunications in the Florence South Carolina office, I have since been moved to Melbourne, FL to oversee the opening of a 500 seat call center in Melbourne, Florida. Projects and Accomplishments:  As the Telecommunications Project Manager, I oversee the entire scope of the Melbourne, FL Call Center build out from gathering requirements to planning the project scope and coordinating with vendors to include LEC/CLEC, Avaya and the construction team.  I act as the Telecommunications Disaster Recovery team lead. I write all the pertinent documentation and present the current disaster recovery procedures for Telecom to Washington Mutual Management in Florida.  Program and maintain Avaya, Siemens and Nortel PBX and Voicemail for large Washington Mutual Campuses.  Pro-actively lead the analog line reconciliation project in Florence, SC saving the company $30,163 annually.
