I am a registered Holistic Nutritionist with a passion for education and healthy eating. I have been an educator for over 20 years. I have also been interested in healthy eating and creating delicious meals without compromising their nutritional value. I have a special interest in how gut health is related to so many health conditions and how with few dietary changes we can improve our health dramatically. Thanks to my teaching background I know how to listen to my clients and explain the necessary changes to improve their health. I believe that it is never too late to make changes and I can help you with that. I have a degree in nutrition and I am also a culinary expert which comes helpful when preparing individualised meal plans.
