I'm an independent contractor working with Reliant Realty where I help people relocate by helping them with their search for a new home or helping them sell their existing home. Sometimes I help people sell their existing home so they can purchase a home better suited for their needs and/or their desires.

Teresa set up basic accounting from a Safeguard System to a complete accounting system on computers using Great Plains/Microsoft software programs. These programs included assembly of raw products into kits for sales analysis. She maintained several modules from General Ledger, Inventory, Sales, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliation. She was in charge of price list and customer service letters. When payroll was in house it was solely her responsibility. She researched health insurance for the company group plans, researched ways to save the company money on health insurance as well as worker’s compensation insurance that not only saved the company money but provided 401k benefit options to employees. She oversaw the employee outsourcing programs and temp labor. I reviewed outside contracts such as utilities, phone service, and waste management for the company. Teresa was involved in budget programs and tax planning and also purchased produce as well as office equipment, furniture and supplies. Teresa was also involved in new product development and design. Teresa traveled to CA and see different manufacturing plants as well as the growing fields. Start to finish if you will on produce. Teresa was the television spokesperson for the company as well as performing live and recorded TV commercials and cooking on Talk of The Town.
