My purpose has been consistent for all my life, and has always been to contribute tenaciously to a better quality of people's life:so I started to be an industrial pharmacist.I learned laws,norms,good practices,technologies,flows,processes and markets:and I found that what -#AlwaysAndInAll- makes the difference is:#PEOPLE.After 15 years of wonderful practice,I felt a strong need to learn more of other organizations and markets:in the meanwhile,I studied a lot of different subjects,and became a managing and organizational consultant:again,I found that what -#AlwaysAndInAll- makes the difference is:#PEOPLE.After 6 years,I wanted to totally focus on PEOPLE either as persons or as professionals:so I studied Training and became certified either as a Trainer and as international Executive Coach [by ICC].So I dove deep in PEOPLE's understanding,cooperation,support,management,inspiration and motivation by coaching, training and mentoring.As a Trainer and Coach,the tools I mostly use come from NeuroSciences, so now you can figure out what happened:I studied NLP and became an international certified Master [with Richard Bandler].As tools are endless,if you have a tools' belt with many different tools,you can select the ones that are most adequate in each and every occasion:so,to better work with PEOPLE,I needed to go deeper in emotions:I studied Emotions Skills and Competences and Truthfulness and Credibility [with Paul Ekman],and became a certified professional in those two areas.I started my professional path aiming to improve quality of people' life: through medicines,and I did it for 15 years; I kept in this path for 20 years, always being a partner in peoples' life improvement: through skills and competences, personal and professional, training,coaching,and consulting.And guess what: I came back to the #ForTheFuturePharmaceuticalndustry. With all my heart, and all my tools.
