About Teresa Dahlgren

I enjoy reference work and am interested in all aspects of managing adult services in a public library - collection development, teaching, strategic planning, etc. I am especially interested in leveraging new technologies such as AI to improve workflows, productivity and services in library settings. I am learning SQL in order to analyze library data to enable our staff to better manage our collections and to gain other insights into our community.Specialties: Local history and genealogy reference and SQL (still learning!)
