ABOUT MEI spent years trying to figure out what I wanted to be when I grew up. At first, I wanted to be a bilingual elementary school teacher, only to become disillusioned when I realized that little kids wore me out. Finally, I got an MBA in International Management and stumbled into an unfulfilling sales career. Although I disliked selling, I loved being a sales manager, coaching my reps, and seeing them shine.Then in 1994, I decided to take a voluntary severance and work for myself.
