Conception and development of brand story and aesthetic, website design, launch strategy, and brand positioning and marketing. Responsible for all visual content for the brand, and sole responsibility for product.Generation of all designs from inspiration concept to completion, including trend research, sketching, sourcing of fabrics, determining colors, textile and embellishment design. Sole patternmaker for all designs, direction of all fittings, responsible for development and implementation of proprietary grade rules. Responsibility for all technical design specs and packs for all styles. Responsible for all in-house samples as well as overseeing sample development in off-shore factories.

Designed and executed samples, including draping and fabric manipulation. Participated and assisted in merchandising meetings and garment fittings for all design teams for Spring 2012 and Pre-Fall 2012 collections. Responsible for preparations for runway shows, including fittings and styling for 60+ looks, as well as backstage coordination and dressing. Designed and implemented new fabric linelist, and shared primary responsibility for maintaining daily-updated design and fabric linelists comprising 500+ styles and 180+ fabrics in 600+ colors and prints. Assisted technical team with design specs, and worked individually with local contractors to produce samples for runway and showroom.
