Selected Accomplishments:♦ Led successful merger of Del-Jen Inc. data (Jamis system) into existing Deltek Costpoint and Time & Expense system. ♦ Developed Costpoint Integration methods/modules used by business users. One in use resulted in an annual savings of $8000 per person. ♦ Successfully implemented Deltek Costpoint and Time & Expense meeting the go-live deadline in 4 months. Key Functions:★ Project lead for company merger of Jamis ERP system into an existing Deltek Costpoint ERP system. This involved the transfer of data for 25 open projects, 1100 employees as well as financial account balances. Tasks included data ETL processes, business process redesign and testing, creation and execution of test plans for integration to Maximo and Deltek’s Time & Expense and implementation of new benefits packages to all employees (1300+).★ Co-managed the implementation of Deltek Costpoint ERP systems for new base operations support project. Tasks included configuration of Deltek Costpoint and Time & Expense applications, data ETL processes, creation and execution of test plans to Maximo and Time & Expense applications and first-tier application support to project business unit.★ Led the redesign and re-configuration of Deltek Costpoint’s Job Title/Compensation and Benefit applications. This initiative resulted in more accurate data and automated a previously manual system used for both Compensation planning and Benefits audits. ★ Assisted the business with the successful CAS restructuring project, moving from a 3 to 4 element organization system.★ Installation, configuration, and integration of Deltek’s Cobra and Oracle’s Primavera P6 systems.★ Led implementation to convert the Ad-Hoc reporting system from Cognos to SQL Server Report Builder 3.0. Created and conducted Beginning and Intermediate training classes for the Report Builder 3.0 program; both in-house and via online meetings.

Selected Accomplishments:♦ Performed upgrade to networked PCs connecting to local and WAN AS/400s to eliminate a third-party middle-ware software system. This eliminated a $2000 per year/per PC maintenance contract.Key Results:★ One of a two-person team to maintain and support the IT needs of 3 facilities with 200+ PCs and peripherals. First level support for INFOR Visual Manufacturing ERP system★ Maintained and administered MS Exchange server, Active Directory servers, MS Terminal Servers, and MS IIS Web server. ★ Successfully implemented the installation of Nortel phone system to all locations. This streamlined calls to the correct department and eliminated the need of a manned receptionist area which resulted in a savings of over $50K to the company.★ Developed and maintained Microsoft Access applications to provide additional reports and functionality not found in INFOR Visual Manufacturing and other integrated systems★ Redesigned and maintained company Internet site.★ Developed and conducted MS Office training program for the management team. ★ All levels help-desk support for installed PC applications and INFOR Visual Manufacturing system.

This involved replacing an outsourced Inventory system whose contract abruptly terminated. System was installed and operational within 30 days.♦ Developed data access systems used in Six-Sigma Black Belt projects, Continuous Improvement projects and Business Process Redesign projects. This eliminated manually transferring data from hardcopy reports that resulted in labor savings of up to 20 hours per week.♦ Project lead for Y2K analysis, code changes and testing required for Labor Cost System, Material Management System and other in-house written systems on AS/400. This included conversion of some AS/400 applications to client-server platform using Access and Visual Basic.Key Results:★ System administration of AS/400 and support of installed programs.
