• Successfully organised 20-30 events a year for the UK Government’s Environmental Technology Best Practice Programme with budgets from £5k-£20k per event.
• Managed an outward ten day clean coal trade mission to India which included seminars and site visits in four locations for 13 UK representatives plus Government officials. Also managed a five day inward clean coal.
• Arranged a textiles conference for 70 delegates drawing together the work of two government programmes.
• Arranged the 3rd international wood conference in Glasgow which included a two day conference, one day of workshops and two days of site visits for around 180 delegates.
