Stream:20 was acquired by CACI Ltd in March 2016 and rebranded to CACI Digital Consulting in January 2017. Our core service offering, to deliver digital marketing solutions, transformation and growth remains unchanged.Being part of CACI has significantly strengthened our offering, particularly in data and technology, allowing us to provide a much larger suite of digital solutions for our clients.

Through the successful growth of McAfee EMEA Affiliate revenue, I developed the relationship further, working across CRM and CRO teams, across the consumer and partner businesses in UK & Europe. Following on from the work with McAfee Europe, we were asked to support the McAfee NA Consumer team across Acquisition and Retention channels. This allowed us to open up an office in San Francisco. My first year as Associate Director was spent travelling between UK, Europe and California, managing US team and client as well as supporting new business and winning contract with Microsoft. After a year in the US, I returned to support and grow the UK business. I have since been supporting my UK clients to grow and enhance their digital capabilities and achieve overall business objectives. Notable achievements include:- Working with Chief Marketing Officer, Post Office during their digital transformation phase. Our team provided guidance and support to realign their digital team and digital strategy to focus on business growth.- Expanding our remit to support the Post Office Digital trading and performance teams providing SEO, UX, CRO and Analytics consultants support- Outsourced Web Analytics solution to the Post Office and Which? ; providing a team of Web Analysts to develop and implement KPI reporting framework, reporting dashboards and provide insight to optimise on-site conversions and increase channel /product performance

As Head of Affiliates, I managed the Stream:20 Affiliate business and Affiliate client relationships. I managed and trained up our Affiliate team, setting up Stream20 Affiliate processes ensuring that all programmes were well managed through establishing Affiliate KPI's, measuring performance and growth. As part of my role, I was responsible for growing the affiliate business and played and active role in new business pitches. Notable achievements and client wins include; Boux Avenue, McAfee Europe & NA, Nuance, Robert Dyas, NOWTV, BBC.The Affiliate business grew significantly and as a result contributed to the overall business growth that year.
