Regional Maintenance/High Pressure Planner for 14 shops throughout 6 states. I schedule maintenance in accordance with manpower and shop space availability to minimize maintenance delays and maximize asset availability.The planner job includes but is not limited to the below responsibilities.Schedule Maintenance in internal shops. Outsource repairs when necessary. Review all quotes and identify areas where repair costs can be reduced/eliminated.Review repairs for possible warranty issues.Coordinate with vendors to collect quotes, invoices and PM sheets.Issue PO'sWrite up and submit estimates/quotes for approval.Track all repairs in the Clean Harbors system including repair order notes, quotes, inspection forms, purchase orders, and final invoices.Code all repairs using vehicle maintenance reporting standards.Train field employees and vendors on maintenance procedures and processes.Assist in breakdowns/outsourcing requests by finding local vendors and initiating repairs.Update asset management system with asset attributes, such as engine make, model, pictures and other classifications.

Develop and maintain effective business relations with customers, prepare and distribute weekly AR reports for all project managers and billing clerks, provide support for month, quarter and year end close, reconcile collection accounts, review A/R aging reports, report revenue, job set-ups, cost code adjustments, collect operational data and run analytical reports to forecast expenses and budgets, enter, review and analyze weekly and monthly compliance reports, suta reports, vacation and holiday reports. Evaluate costs, gains & losses for month end reporting. Prepare scaffold utilization and ROA reports, run daily job cost detail reports, prepare debits/credits as needed.

Entered payroll, payroll reconciliation, tracked vacation, personal and sick time, created and maintained new hire folders, conducted interviews, submitted offer letters, completed driver qualification forms, opened and closed repair orders, entered, coded and reconciled purchase orders, entered safety training and maintained safety folders, entered driver logs, entered and reconciled credit cards, entered expense reports, reconciled per diem, set up travel arrangements, set up drug screening and physicals, including annuals, new hires and DOT, scheduled fit testing. Ordered safety and office supplies, ordered cell phones, corporate lodging cards, fuel and credit cards as needed.

During my 6.5 years with Dooley Tackaberry I was involved in several phases of the companies day to day operations.
