UNANIMA International is a coalition of 21 congregations of Catholic Sisters living and working in over 80 countries. UNANIMA's staff represents the social justice mission of these 22,000 Sisters at the international level by advocating for human rights and environmental justice with government representatives to the UN Headquarters in New York City. My role with UNANIMA involves: -Human rights advocacy at the United Nations with a particular emphasis on the rights of migrants and the human rights to water and sanitation-Executive leadership of the Non-Government Organization Committee on Migration-Coordination of communications and administrative needs for the coalition-Project leadership of a feasibility study for the possible establishment of a broader, inter-congregational advocacy coalition of women and men religious working at the UN and the grassroots

The Loretto Community is a radically inclusive, intergenerational, interfaith group that unites the Sisters of Loretto with a diverse group of lay people in the shared mission of working for justice and acting for peace. As Assistant Representative of the Community to the UN, my responsibilities included:-Participation in the NGO Committees and Working Groups that advocated on the issues of: >social development, >migration, >financing for development, >the human right to safe drinking water, >environmental justice vis-a-vis extractive industries, and >the status of women and girls-Organization, promotion, and facilitation of an official side-event at the 2016 World Humanitarian Summit-Logistics and communications coordination for a delegation of over 90 people to the 60th Commission on the Status of Women-Preparation of research for/participation in advocacy meetings between representatives of NGOs and representatives of Permanent Missions to the UN-Content creation, web publication, and electronic distribution of the UN office newsletter to members and friends of the Community-Grant-writing and secretarial duties for a committee of religious congregations' UN representatives seeking funding for a feasibility study on the establishment of a broad, inter-congregational advocacy coalition of women and men religious

WFN is a network of over 100 funds and foundations with a commitment to supporting and empowering women and girls and transforming gender-based societal limitations. It offers a critical platform for these funders to convene, communicate, and collaborate. It also generates tools for the demonstration of the collective impact of the women's funding community for the purpose of increasing the movement's momentum. My duties at WFN included:-Communications: content creation and publication coordination of social media outputs and weekly and monthly newsletters, webinar coordination and hosting, website management-Membership: management of member relations, membership renewal processes and records, member demographic data collection and reporting-Programs: leadership of member impact benchmarking initiative, contribution to planning and facilitation of 2015 Annual Conference-Development: management of donor database, generation of donor communications

FCHC is a community health center committed to providing quality medical care on a sliding fee scale to the community of South St. Louis. My role at FCHC involved:-Assistant teaching of the Cooking Matters curriculum for patients aiming to lose weight through healthy eating, mindfulness practices, and physical activity-One-on-one health coaching in nutrition and exercise for select patients-Planning and execution of a vaccine fair and diabetes information fair-Production of educational displays and materials for waiting rooms-Conducting Reach-Out-And-Read literacy interventions for all patients age 6 months to 6 years-Upkeep of preventive medicine checklists for high-need patients
