• Strategic business partner for five US locations and Global Sales & Service group. Responsible for all human resources activities for a population of 250 consisting of manufacturing, sales, field technicians, service operations, supply chain, research and development, and general administration including finance, marketing, legal and compliance.• Managed restructuring activities, site consolidations and closures, business divestitures, reductions in force, and change management.• Handle all employee relation matters including coaching, counseling, performance improvement plans, termination, severance packages, and outplacement.• Vendor management for relocation services and expatriate assignments. • Responsible for organizational development including corporate communications, succession planning, employee engagement activities, wellness programs and training and development. • Prepare staffing plans, full cycle recruiting, and trained in behavioral and competency based interviewing. • Create compensation analysis utilizing market research and surveys and develop comp strategies and reward programs to include incentive and commission plans throughout the business. • Participate in the integration process and change management of acquired locations and managed physical office relocation. • Create policies, procedures, and HR processes in support of business strategies and employee health and welfare. • Ensure compliance to all state and federal employment and labor laws. • Supervisory responsibility of consultant and temporary HR staff.
