With over fifteen years managerial experience at a Fortune 100 company, and over a dozen years experience in leadership and management development, Teresa coaches and trains leaders at all levels, in both the public and private sector, in the Washington, D.C. area as well as across the United States and abroad. In addition, she consults with organizations helping them to design and implement effective programs that foster leadership growth and development.With a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and numerous certifications for assessment tools like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Bar-On EQi, The Leadership Circle Profile 360º, and Adult Learning Theory for Leadership Coaching, Teresa has coached a wide variety of leaders to enhance their effectiveness and value to their organizations over the past ten years. When not coaching individual leaders, Teresa also facilitates workshops in: leadership and management skills, emotional intelligence, building and sustaining teams, group facilitation, coaching to improve employee performance, interpersonal skills, and strategic planning. Since 2002, she has delivered well over 250 workshops to both public and private sector audiences on these and other skill areas.In June 2015, Teresa and her co-author Wendy Swire proudly announced the 2nd edition of the book Anytime Coaching: Unleashing Employee Performance. Maintaining the well-received content from the original publication, Teresa and Wendy integrated the most recent findings from the fields of neuroscience and mindfulness. Together, the co-authors offer "Anytime Coaching" workshops based on the key concepts of Anytime Coaching and focused on helping leaders at any level become better coaches for their direct reports and colleagues.
