- Support the Engagement Unit in its work on advancing inclusion of people with disabilities in UNDP, with a particular focus on advocacy, communication and research.- Raise awareness through the conceptualization and production of a video to be used internally (UNDP) on the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (including developing script, filming, editing, etc.).- Support the organization of an internal (UNDP) ‘Innovation Conversation’ on advancing inclusion of people with disabilities in UNDP work (including communication, coordination, logistics and draft talking points).- Conduct required research (from internal sources) on disability initiatives that have already been implemented in UNDP as well as experiences of staff with disabilities, or those who have family members with disabilities.- Draft communications materials publicizing relevant work, research and analysis, for distribution within UNDP.- Advise on disability friendly strategies to be implemented in UNDP job site and website.- Other relevant tasks related to the EU/ITM diversity and inclusiveness portfolio.

- Provide spouses and partners of United Nations (UN) international staff members with career support and local integration.- Co-organize UN events (supporting communications, coordination and logistics).- Advocate for NYLESA and advance on interests within the UN System through liaising with UN organizations focal points.- Report and share information within the NYLESA Steering Committee, proposing agendas, convening meetings, maintaining accurate records and disseminating all relevant information to members.

- Monitor, strength and assess the implementation of the Vocational Training Project aimed at training and empowering youth with disabilities.- Technical advise in the implementation of new programmes.- Develop and maintain the project’s website, aimed at informing all types of stakeholders.- Develop monthly reports of the project (monitoring and evaluation).- Coordinate field staff.* Please, note that this position takes place in a part-time, volunteer and remote basis.
