Living in a community requires community involvement and engagement. As president of my homeowner's association I was responsible for the engagement with the community and our property manager. In this role, I helped manage and grow our investments so that we were able to install a new water system without having to create a "special assessment" to pay for it. As a board we oversaw many community projects including but not limited too; new fencing, community clean up, new entry signs, secure mailboxes, lighting, and selection of a new property manager.
