Global

This was a Global HR role where I partnered with HR regional teams in Americas, Asia, Europe, India, Middle East and Africa. My main responsibility areas were Process Improvement, Project Management, Change Management, HR Transformation, Operational Excellence, SAP/R3 Functional HR and HR Information Systems (HRIS) Management. My focus area was a collaborative work across global departments such as IT, Finance, Real Estate and Facilities which looked into streamlined processes and better ways of working. Conducted process gap analysis, business requirements gathering, governance creation. I created workflows and standardized the documentation of HR processes globally. I was a key stakeholder for the organization’s SAP renewal implementation. I handled change management activities such as communication and training of HR policies and processes globally across the organization.

Middle East & Africa

This was a Regional HR role which covered the Middle East and Africa countries. I was responsible for the region's HR Operations team which comprised of data processing, operations support and payroll personnel. I managed the team's cost center, its budget and cost control. I was the region's project manager for HR programs and project deliverables (systems implementation, acquisition, divestment, restructuring, reorganization). I had been responsible for HRIS Management, including its implementation to 32 countries. My team and I were responsible for the data integrity of the region's 5,000+ employees in the HR system and that quality data flow smoothly across the company's integrated systems (HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Facilities). Reporting & Analysis (KPI, Scorecards, Dashboards), Operations & Delivery Support, Rewards & Benefits Administration were also within my scope of responsibilities. I provided Coaching and Mentoring across departments within the organization relevant to HR policies, processes and tools.

Philippines, Uae

This was a Country HR role where I supported in local HR operational matters such as end to end Employee Life-cycle, Global Mobility, HRIS maintenance, Payroll, Recruitment, Training & Development. I was a key-user for SAP HR database.I set-up the Nokia HR Philippines website and looked into the site's maintenance.I was the project lead for most HR programs like Nokia Helping Hands (community outreach), LiveLife (worklife balance), Nokia Club (employee socials).
